Learn With Your Plan
Great! You have a Business Continuity Plan. The next step is to make sure that your organization is trained on how to use that plan. This involves creating practice scenarios with the risks outlined in your plan, in a simulated training environment.

At Flash Emergency Management, we help organizations train with their existing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) or help them create new ones. We offer a curriculum of online on-demand courses for your organization, or we can send a team to conduct live training on-site at your location.

He is a nationally recognized facilitator for executive level training exercises and planning events including Presidential inaugurations, the Papal visit to the U.S, national political conventions, and all aspects of security preparations for high visibility sporting events including eight Super Bowls. During his employment at the FBI’s at Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG), Bob provided training and support to the fifty-six FBI Field Offices and state and local public safety partners during a wide variety of critical incidents and significant special events as a Crisis Management Specialist.

Crisis Leadership Training

Crisis Management Training
This training is for your crisis management team (CMT) or emergency response team (ERT) and focuses them on their roles and responsibilities, how to assess internal and external risks, conduct a business impact analysis, develop training programs and effective strategies to manage and mitigate all identified internal and external risks to the organization.
Incident Command System (ICS)
ICS is a standardized approach to managing emergencies and coordinating resources. This type of training teaches participants how to implement the ICS framework and effectively recognize, organize, and manage your organization's crisis response. This training will include how to develop emergency checklists and conduct a tabletop exercise to exercise your CMT to handle specific threats.
Psychological First Aid Training

Crisis Communications
Crisis communication skills are essential to help organizations avoid major mistakes when dealing with an organizational crisis. In this training course, your organization will learn the skills necessary to communicate effectively with stakeholders, your employees, handle social media, and work with the media during a critical event and during the recovery process. Crisis communication training is centered around communications principles, business best practices, and hands-on experience to ensure your organization is prepared.
Virtual TableTop (VTT™ )
The Virtual Table Top – VTT™ is a powerful and intuitive web-based tool that enables Flash Emergency Management to conduct enhanced table top exercises. It allows facilitators to import custom background images, place terrain features, roads, hazards and equipment on a 3D street grid to visualize the scenario and response actions.
VTT™ also allows users to customize the visual environment, simulate vehicle movement and create an immersive environment for collaboration and decision making. VTT™ is an essential tool for crisis management consultants, providing the ability to visualize and respond to events in a realistic manner.
